A Boutique Experience

We take on a limited number of weddings each year so that every couple receives truly personal attention. Our consultation and design process is intentionally collaborative. We love getting to know our couples, their style, and what matters to them. Many of our wedding clients become long-term regulars, returning for anniversary cakes, birthdays, and even baby showers.

Celebrations Beyond the Wedding Day
Many of our couples continue working with us for the moments that surround their wedding — from bridal showers and bachelorette brunches to engagement parties and rehearsal cocktails. Whether hosted in our intimate space or enjoyed through an elevated spread of thoughtfully curated desserts, we love being part of more than just the wedding cake.

Pricing

Wedding cakes and dessert tables are custom-designed for each celebration and priced based on guest count, flavor selections, and overall design scope.

Cakes begin at $4 per serving for simple, single-tier designs with minimal decoration. Specialty flavors, fillings, and custom decorative elements are priced separately and reflected in your final proposal.

Dessert tables are fully customized and priced per item, with selections drawn from our current dessert menu. We do not upcharge dessert table items for weddings; pricing reflects the same quality and craftsmanship offered in our shop.

Our wedding clients invest anywhere between $300 and $3,000 in their desserts. This represents a wide range of needs as far as guest headcount, dessert variety, and design complexity.

Delivery, setup, and platter rental are $100 within 30 minutes of our West Toledo shop. Locations outside this radius are subject to an additional $50 per half hour of drive time.

Final pricing is provided following your consultation, once design direction and guest count are confirmed.

Our Process

  • Share a few details about your date, venue, and overall vision with us by filling out our wedding inquiry form. If your date is available and aligned with our offerings, we’ll invite you to schedule a tasting and/or consultation.

  • All weddings begin with a complimentary consultation, offered in person or by phone. We highly recommend a tasting for all couples. Tastings are a seated experience in our shop, thoughtfully presented with coffee or tea. The tasting fee is $50.

    Consultations are design-focused and intended for couples who have reviewed our work, pricing, and process and are considering reserving their date. For couples who book a tasting, the consultation is held during the tasting appointment.

  • After a tasting and/or consultation, we send an estimate for our services. The couple may make any changes necessary until they’re fully satisfied with their package.

  • Once the couple is happy with the contents of the proposal, they deposit $200 and sign a contract that outlines the details of the wedding, including designs and specifications for setup and delivery.

  • 2-4 weeks before the wedding, the couple gives us their final guest headcount. At this time their invoice is adjusted to reflect these numbers. Any last-minute changes to desserts or design are made at this time. Final payment is collected 2 weeks before the wedding at the latest.

  • We’re happy to work with your wedding planner to coordinate setup and delivery. If you choose not to have us set up and deliver your desserts, we’ll pack them up safely and give instructions for transport.
