Hey there! I’m Claire. Welcome to Dollop Shop!

My team and I are dedicated to making everything from scratch right here in our little kitchen. You won’t find any mixes, jars of premade filling, or store-bought icing in our shop. Here’s what you WILL find:

Beautifully made custom cakes.‍ ‍
We make every custom cake to order, then decorate it with love. We are happy to work from inspiration photos, but our best work is done when you give us full creative control and let us wow you!

Fresh, hand-made pastries and sweets.
Daily, we carry:
croissants
danishes
breakfast sandwiches
mini cheesecakes
lunchbox cakes
macarons
caramel-stuffed chocolate chip cookies

Seasonally, we carry cinnamon rolls, mini pies, scones, decorated sugar cookies and more. You can see our menu and order online here for pickup during our opening hours. While you’re here, enjoy a cup of Flying Rhino coffee, a pot of loose leaf tea, or one of our seasonal beverages. We’ve even got a place for you to enjoy it all…

True Dollop fans know that if you climb up the gold and teal staircase just to the left of the register, you’ll enter a cozy hideaway that’s perfect for reading, meeting, studying, or working.

Community Events.
Several times a month we gather the Dollop fans for our signature events: tea parties, dessert+cocktail nights, and book club. We love filling our dessert parlor with sweets, laughter, cocktails, and friends.
