Fall Craft Corner

Join Saturday afternoons this Fall for a free, self-guided craft with any purchase from our shop! No reservations are necessary, and the crafts are kid-friendly and mess-free. We’ll provide all the necessary instructions and materials. Sip a lavender lemonade, snack on some mini donuts, and enjoy an easy afternoon activity with your favorite cuties. High tea is our monthly excuse to slow down, catch up with friends, and enjoy the best flavors of the season! Your ticket includes our signature looseleaf tea service and a platter of sweet and savory pastries to share with your table, all served in our upstairs dessert parlor. Our menu is a first taste of fall, featuring sweets like tiny pumpkin pies, and savories like goat cheese hand pies.   • What is high tea?
    Our high tea is closer to a traditional afternoon tea served in Europe. It features looseleaf tea, small pastries, and finger sandwiches, made from scratch in our kitchen.

    What exactly will you serve? Is it enough for a meal?
    You can see the full menu below. Every table gets a platter with all of the menu items, scaled according to party size. Each table also selects one pot of looseleaf tea to share for every two guests.

    Our high tea service is equivalent to heavy hors d’oeuvres. Guests usually leave full, and often take home leftovers.

    Can you accommodate allergies?
    We can accommodate vegetarians—just make a note when you book your table. At this time, we are unable to accomodate dairy-free, egg-free, and gluten-free diets.

    Are kids allowed?
    All ages are welcome. We do not offer special pricing for children’s tickets, and all guests in your party must have a ticket. We do not have high chairs.

    What is your cancellation policy?
    Full refund if cancelled 48 hours before the event.

    Can I add on a guest on the day of the event?
    Due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate last-minute additions to your reservation.

    I loved an item that I had at high tea! Can I get it any time in your shop?
    Our tea menus consist of items that we don’t usually carry in our shop on a daily basis. Many items can be custom ordered. For more information, contact hello@dollopshoptoledo.com.

    I loved high tea, and I’d like to have a private event like this for my friends and family. Can I do that?
